Return Process

  Log into your account and visit the 'Orders' section to select the specific item and choose between an alteration credit, a remake, or a return.

  Consult with a Stylist

  Our expert fit specialists will review your photos and feedback to ensure any necessary adjustments are perfectly captured for your measurement profile.

  Ship Your Garment

  Print your prepaid shipping label provided by our support team and securely package your unworn, unwashed items in their original packaging.

• 4.
  Processing and Refund

  Once received at our workshop, we will inspect the items and process your full refund or begin crafting your updated custom garment within 7-10 business days.
